The EFG-Energieforschungs- und Entwicklungs GmbH &CoKG (Energy Research & Development Company) constructs and produces Pelton turbines and
Pelton replacement runners as well as components of Kaplan- and Francis turbines. Inspection and overhaulings of existing plants and the production of cavitation-free energy dissipators round off our spectrum of services. A number of patents document our innovative and exploratory spirit in the area of hydro power plants (hydraulic machinery). Our innovations were rewarded by the award of the "Innovation and Research Price 1998 of the State of Carinthia".
