Thanks to the EFG-design for Pelton runners, the centuries-old tradition of forging with it's enormous advantages regarding quality can now be used for producing forged individual buckets.

This system allows the production of a whole runner in a more controlled and efficient way than conventional runners ("Monoblock"-casting)
Furthermore, computer-aided simulation programmes for forging optimize this new production method for pelton buckets.
As a result, the buckets are practically faultless and the forged parts have a maximum quality and homogenity.
Our professed goal is to keep the environmental impact as low as possible through the use of the most modern technology on all production levels.
